Rules and Regulations:
1.) I am always glad to combine
shipping whenever possible and the cost is based on the total weight of the
package plus a confirmation slip. We make every attempt to ship within 48 hours
of payment being received. This does not include Saturdays or Sundays. We
only ship to the confirmed address recorded by E-Bay and PayPal. All payments
must be received within 5 days. All non-paying bidders will
be reported to E-Bay.
2.) I apologize in advance, but due
to Trust and Safety concerns, I respond only to questions and inquiries sent
through the eBay message system. All messages sent directly to my email are
deleted unopened.
3.) I pack with care and after it
leaves my care I can’t be held responsible for the length of time it takes for
the delivery of the item. We pack all items as carefully as possible. I try
very hard to have my pictures with enough light to show the item I am selling.
I do not like dark pictures that hide defects and problems and try very hard to
show the buyer what they are purchasing.
4.) All sales are considered final.
I do not accept returns and items are purchased as it. Please make sure to ask
questions and request any information (including picture requests) well before
the end of the auction. I will answer all questions and requests in a
timely manner.
5.) I do all shipping through USPS
Priority Mail. This allows for delivery confirmation, tracking, and insurance.
I do often offer parcel post service though USPS. I can’t control how they
handle their business nor the speed or lack of in the timing of their
deliveries nor can I control the amount that they are charging for delivery.
This also allows for insurance which can be added to the package for an
added cost.
6.) We do all our shipping through
the E-Bay. Therefore, we ship to the address that shows in your E-Bay and
Paypal account. If you need to have the item shipped to a different address you
will need to change it in both systems before winning the bid and the
invoice is sent. All our shipping labels are printed and all shipping charges
are calculated by E-Bay.
7.) We do combined shipping on
multiple purchases that are done within the same week. Usually the cost is
about 60% of the total that is showing on the listing with the E-Bay shipping
calculator. If you would like to combine shipping you need to notify me with
the first auction that you win and all subsequent auctions that are won. Please
note that if the shipping weight exceeds the limits of Priority Mail the cost
could be substantially higher.
8.) We do send refunds for any
overages done through the E-Bay shipping calculator. This happens sometimes and
if shipping costs are owed back they will be sent to your PayPal.
9.) International Buyers: All
shipments sent outside of the US are done through E-Bay’s Global Shipping
Program. I can only control the costs for the domestic (US) shipping. I do not
have control over the other charges. That is the responsibility of E-Bay. Feel
free to contact them about any charges outside of the domestic shipping
charges. This program calculates the shipping cost, custom costs, etc.
