The Titan N120 tankless water heater is the most commonly used of the Titan water heaters.
It is ideal for a two bathroom house or apartment in a tropical climate where water temperatures are above 65 F
. Other models like the N100, N85, N75, N64, N42, and N10 are also available options that provide unlimited hot water. These models are also more appropriate for use in warmer climates.
All Titan water heaters incorporates new space age technology and features a faster and more accurate temperature sampling system, a manual resettable thermostat and new air / water deferential analyzing system to prevent dry starts, (which is a key problem for other tankless systems on the market today).
By heating water only as it is needed the Titan N120, Titan N100,  Titan N85,  and all Titan tankless water heaters eliminates the need for bulky water heater that heat water continuously. This can reduce hot water cost up to 60% over conventional electric water heaters. The TITAN SCR2 N-120 high efficiency is in part due to its dedicated microprocessor that samples input and output temperatures 21 times per second.
This power control system analyzes the data and manages power usage for a maximum efficiency and temperature stability. At rest, the SCR-2 uses no power at all.
